Well, Leopard seems to be a big source of strange issues at the moment...

Even though Midnight 1.0.2 was created and released specifically to resolve issues with Leopard it seems that a number of people are having issues where hibernation (safe sleep) is not working.

I still don't have Leopard due to my financial situation, I have been working with a few people who do have Leopard recently though and all tests of the script inside Midnight have shown it to work, but for some people Midnight just doesn't hibernate.

So, there would seem to be some subtle issue somewhere. When I get Leopard I'll try to find out what the issue is but currently I am unable to progress this issue any farther. If your having issues feel free to get in touch however, and if Midnight works for you on Leopard I would love to hear about it and any information you can provide on how your Mac is set-up.
